We are currently looking for a Crewing Business Application Support to join our team. Main Responsibilities And Tasks Monitor and update set of documents being in used in Crewing Operation/Management IT related systems Ensure that Crewing network in WSM are diligently applying the Crewing Operations/Management IT systems Monitor crew compliance application in the systems To supervise users' compliance with Company's Crewing Operations/Management IT policies and guidelines Working with Marine Personnel team to ensure compliance with local and international rules and regulations on Crewing Operations/Management IT related matters To ensure safety of data stored and files recovery possibility, supervise development or rearrangement of the network related to Crewing Operations/Management systems To maintain contact with IT subcontractors and vendors in relation to quality of service as well as IT hardware and software purchases (Crewing Operations/Management systems) To assist in Implementation of new Crewing Operations/Management IT systems, performed User Acceptance Test (UAT) & conduct appropriate training of users (where applicable). Attend to Marine Personnel team enquiries on Crewing system & to conduct periodical refresher training (where applicable) Participate in and deliver digital transformation projects Ensure business process documentations, knowledge articles, training materials are developed and maintained. Qualifications Mandatory requirements A degree preferably in Business Admin/ IT Candidate with some crewing background would be an added advantage Min 3 years of working experience within the defined process areas Experience with Crewing solution support role or process improvements, IT technical background and automation is an advantage Experience from the maritime industry, crewing preferably Experience with developing and conducting end-user training would be an added advantage Proficient in English, spoken and written Intermediate computer literacy is essential and good digital awareness Proven ability to learn and understand new systems Additional Preferences Ability to cooperate with all the levels in the organization as well as external stakeholders.
