Job Summary As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of complex industrial construction and commissioning projects. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring adherence to stringent safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities: Lead the coordination, supervision, and management of erection and installation activities from project inception to completion. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client objectives and contractual requirements. Provide strategic guidance and direction to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Oversee the testing and commissioning process, conducting thorough system reviews and monitoring to ensure optimal performance of power assets. Conduct operability reviews to identify and address any potential operational challenges or inefficiencies. Collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to effectively manage project risks and mitigate potential delays or disruptions. Provide expert technical support and guidance during project development, including tender document review and contract negotiations. Support asset owners and operation teams during the warranty period post-project completion, overseeing the timely execution of punch list items and defect rectification works. Qualifications Possess a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum ten(10) years of experience in project management within the industrial construction or power generation sector; with PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials preferred. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale construction and commissioning projects, preferably in a senior leadership capacity. Strong technical expertise in industrial construction and commissioning processes, including erection, installation, testing, and commissioning. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. In-depth knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental regulations and standards applicable to industrial construction projects. Willingness for frequent travel to multiple sites
