Job Description:Job Purpose
  • Plan, coordinate, implement and execute sales and leasing operation in accordance with the approved leasing strategies and overall space planning strategies to maximize yearly leasing and occupancy at various properties and commercial buildings
  • The executive responsible for space planning within the Key Account-PETRONAS section plays a critical role in ensuring that workspace allocation aligns with strategic business needs and operational efficiency
Main Accountabilities * Strategic Space AllocationDevelop and implement space planning strategies that support The Group' evolving workforce requirements, ensuring optimal utilization of available office space. * Stakeholder EngagementLiaise with internal stakeholders, including project managers, department heads, and facility teams, to gather requirements and align space planning solutions with business objectives. * Project CoordinationOversee the planning and execution of space-related projects, including relocations, renovations, and new setups. Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. * Compliance & StandardsEnsure all space planning activities comply with corporate policies, safety regulations, and ergonomic standards, while maintaining consistency with Petronas branding and workplace guidelines. * Data Management & ReportingMaintain accurate records of space usage, floor plans, and occupancy data. Provide regular reports and insights to support decision-making and future planning. * Problem Solving & AdaptabilityAddress space-related challenges proactively, offering creative and practical solutions to accommodate changing needs or constraints. * The Group CoordinationManage relationships with internal Group involved in space planning projects, ensuring deliverables meet expectations and contractual obligationsRequirements: * Academic Qualifications:Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Business Studies or Real-Estate / Property Management / Estate Management or equivalent / Customer Relations Management / Leasing * Years of Experience:Minimum 3-5 years or working experience in sales of properties or commercial leasingCompetency Requirements:
