Overview:
An exciting opportunity to work in Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia, as an “Asset Manager” specializing in internet system-related assets. The client for this project is a world-renowned network equipment manufacturer that provides routers, security products, cloud services, and online conferencing tools, supporting communication infrastructure worldwide.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize IT assets (hardware, software, and licenses) owned by the client company, ensuring they remain in optimal condition. Support will be provided to clients primarily via phone and email.Provide IT asset management servicesVerify, update, and consolidate asset informationManage data discrepancies (MACD support)Verify integrity of product installation data (IB)Support maintenance contract and license renewalsAnalyze usage status and propose optimization measuresConduct compliance checks and handle customer inquiriesRequirementsEducation:(1) Bachelor's degree + 1-4 years of customer service experience (including at least 2 years in IT-related roles)(2) Diploma or vocational school graduates with 3 years of relevant experience will also be consideredOther:English level: B1 or higher (TOEIC score guideline: 600-780)Advanced Excel skills, experience with Tableau or Power BI, and data analysis skillsStrong communication and presentation skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in contract renewals, quotation to invoicing, price management, and sales tracking (3+ years)ITIL or HAM/SAM certification holdersWorking Hours:Option ① 8:00-17:00Option ② 9:00-18:00
