As a Full Stack Developer, you'll work in a global DevOps environment to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs that support internal operations and enhance user experiences. This role involves close collaboration with product owners and cross-functional teams to drive digitalization efforts, ensure technical excellence, and deliver continuous improvements aligned with enterprise standards.

Design, development, and maintenance of applications and services.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
Designing, implementing and maintaining automated builds and deployment.
Collaborate with project/product managers, developers, testers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards and practices.
Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications.
Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure the quality and functionality of software.
Create and maintain technical and testing documentation.
Provide support for operational activities including incident requests, service requests, change requests and other related IT service management activities.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Helping to develop/maintain the DevOps culture in the organisation.

Opportunity to learn the latest technologiesAttractive remuneration packageBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.Minimum 3 years of web development experience with Microsoft .NET, C#, and front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).At least 3 years working with React, Next.js, TypeScript, Sass, Webpack, TailwindCSS, Bootstrap, etc.Proven experience planning and delivering full stack application features.Skilled in developing RESTful web services using ASP.NET Core.Exposure to other technologies such as Java and/or Angular is a plus.Experience with relational databases (MSSQL) and NoSQL data stores (MongoDB).Hands-on knowledge of Azure cloud, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), Kafka, and Docker containers.Strong grasp of software design patterns, including CQRS and MVC.Familiar with best development practices: Git, unit/integration testing, TDD, DDD, code reviews, and documentation.Experienced in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Adaptable and able to shift direction quickly when needed.Open-minded with a proactive, can-do attitude.Self-motivated and capable of working independently.Strong passion for technical excellence and continuous improvement.This company is a global leader in stone wool insulation solutions, serving the building, industrial, and marine sectors.
