Maintenance Scheduler

• Minimum Diploma in Science, Engineering, or Technology OR Certificate from INSTEP or equivalent.
• Possess valid OGSP and CIDB certification or equivalent.
• Proven experience in maintenance scheduling, planning, or coordination within oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy industry.

• Plan, develop, and maintain maintenance schedules for all disciplines (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, etc.) to ensure effective utilization of resources, tools, and materials.
• Execute and assist in coordinating multi-discipline maintenance activities in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
• Provide supervision and guidance to new team members, technicians, and contractors, ensuring work quality, safety, and adherence to company standards.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and HSE teams to prioritize maintenance activities while minimizing impact to plant production.
• Ensure compliance with relevant company work processes, management systems, statutory requirements, and industry standards.
