Job responsibilities:
» Responsible for planning, development and implementation of methods, processes, and automation techniques, for new and existing processes and products
» Establish documentation for new specialised equipment, including operating instructions, troubleshooting guides, safety procedures, spare parts list and recommended preventive maintenance
» Supporting New Package development of processes in automotive applications
» Identify, improve and sustain quality, yield, cost and process improvement activities
» Process documentation, process spec, standard work instruction, OCAP, Lead, etc
» Close collaboration with cross functional team members to resolve conflicts and make fast decision to avoid any risk to the organization/company/customer
» Involved in project management projects for newly develop packaging and also site transfer practices
» Statistical expertise and approach for process windowing and also problem solving expertise
Requirements:
» Diploma, Advance/Higher Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
» capability to efficiently use all MS Office application
» Good product expertise
» Statistical expertise and approach for process windowing and problem solving expertise
» Good planning and organizing, communication expertise, follow up and coordination expertise
» Proactive, resourceful and able to multitask with sense of urgency
» capability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
» Required Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English
» Willing to work in Telok Gong, Port Klang
» Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm; Saturday, 8.00am to 12.30pm
