Responsibilities: To handle daily incoming and outgoing communications, including e-mail and telephone inquiries; Managing the day-to-day operations of the office; Support and assist the Company Secretary in all matters including secretarial duties; Organizing and maintaining files and records; Compile monthly claims from managers, data entry of receipts, payments and journal entries; Updating information, payment, sorting out expenses; Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations; Providing quality customer service; Other general admin duties such as handling refreshments, office maintenance, purchasing and etc; Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors/management from time to time. Qualifications: Candidates must possess at least higher secondary; Fresh graduate/Entry Level Applicants are encouraged to apply; Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent; Good team player and willing to learn; Responsible, proactive, polite, pleasant personality, able to work independently with minimum supervision; Competency in Microsoft office and computer literate.
