Role Description As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing social media marketing, digital marketing campaigns, web analytics, and online marketing strategies. The clinic is based in Johor Baharu, the skincare brand is online & offers flexibility remote work. Required Skills Social Media Marketing: Managing IG/Tiktok influencers, creating and presenting partnership/management strategy and workflow, Managing deliverables and communications with them. Negotiating with them. (Required Skill) Handling deliveries etc. Communication skills: Confidently share personal opinions using facts or data. Create presentations to explain perspectives to various stakeholder. (Required Skill) Project Management: Familiarity in usage of PM tool such as Wrike, ClickUp, Monday.com. (Required Skill) (Set up PM automations that feed between different groups, creating Gantt charts highly desirable) Excellent problem-solving/creative and multitasking abilities: Ensuring weekly updates on project/campaign progress, blockers, weekly objectives or tasks to be acheived, share new ideas once or twice a month. Ensure the PM tool is updated with all tasks (Required Skill) Testimonials: Create testimonial collection strategy from patients/customers in person and online. Share these in strategic areas of the business. People Management: Creating briefs, Scope of requirements and working with graphic designers or clinic assistants to support production, campaign objectives Video Editing: Example - capcut etc Desired Skills/Good to have Web analytics and data-driven decision making: Familiarity with Google Analytics, FB/Meta Ads Manager and setting up GTM, UTM tags, supermetrics and tracking. Generate reports. (Highly Desired Skill) Email: High Familiarity with any email marketing platform such as mailchimp, klaviyo, AC, Beehiv. Content Strategy to build email list and working with audience segmentation and customization. (Desired Skill) Skincare, Healthcare or Beauty industry: Be aware of skincare ingredients with some secondary school chemistry in mind. Be familiar with leaders and competitors in the industry in Malaysia, Singapore or Asia but relevant to our products/target audiences Content management system: Know how to use wordpress/DIVI, plugins, managing assets, labelling and storage and awareness of SEO/SEM impact. Campaign Management: Familiarity with setup of FB Ad campaigns, TiKtok campaigns and IG ad campaigns. Design: Familiarity with Canva, Adobe, Figma, Mire, FigJam, ad creation software, capcut, captions. Automation: AI tools + Zapier, Make.com, Google Sheets/App Script Qualification Experience is more important that Qualification.
