- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with the management of customer accounts, including updating customer information and collection of documents & payment details.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience processes and procedures
- Help and support organize and participate in customer events and promotions.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvements
- Perform Market analysis and research on competitors
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign timelines.
- Perform other tasks and assignments as directed by the Management from time to time.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent.
