Training Needs Analysis & Planning· Identify training needs through competency assessments, performance reviews and consultations with department managers.· Develop annual training plans and schedules aligned with organizational and departmental goals.· Collaborate with departmental technical trainers to ensure appropriate training focus and execution.B. Training Delivery & Coordination· Act as the lead person for all internal training activities related to operations, ensuring timely execution, quality delivery and continuous improvement.· Design, prepare and deliver training modules related to manufacturing processes, quality standards, safety practices (5S, ISO, etc) and equipment handling.· Coordinate onboarding sessions, internal refresher courses and external training programs.· Liaise with external trainers or training providers to ensure content quality and relevance.C. Documentation & Compliance· Maintain up-to-date training records including attendance, evaluation forms, certifications and training reports.· Ensure proper documentation and filing in line with audit and HRD Corp compliance standards.· Apply and manage training grants from HRD Corp or other relevant bodies.D. Training Evaluation & Reporting· Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback forms, assessments, and post-training performance indicators.· Compile training feedback and report findings to HR & Management for continuous improvement.· Recommend improvements to training modules based on evaluation outcomes and operational feedback.· Documents needed to be maintained are course content, training attendance and pictures, pre assessment, post assessment, results analysis and trainer evaluationE. Digital Learning & System Support· Assist in the configuration, testing and implementation of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.· Support the rollout of digital learning initiatives in line with organizational learning strategies.· Prepare and update training manuals, SOPs, visual aids and digital resources to support diverse learning styles.F. Continuous Improvement & Safety· Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and etc) by delivering targeted training sessions.· Ensure all training programs are aligned with company policies, quality standards and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations.· Participate in the development of SOPs and work instructions as required by departments.Requirement· Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Education, Industrial Engineering or a related field.· Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development or technical training, preferably in a manufacturing environment.· Familiarity with HRD Corp processes, training grant applications and training provider engagement.· Strong presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills.· Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; experience with LMS or e-learning platforms is an advantage.· Knowledge of manufacturing processes, technical standards and safety practices is a strong plus.· Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Sub Specialization : Human Resource;Training & Development Type of Employment : Permanent Minimum Experience : 3 Years Work Location : Johor Salary Range : RM5,000 - RM7,000
