- Lead and develop the country/regional sales team to exceed annual revenue and margin targets.
- Drive strategic growth by identifying new market opportunities, customers, and applications.
- Collaborate closely with local teams to define and implement sales plans tailored to regional needs.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with key clients-turning accounts into long-term partnerships.
- Oversee the full sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-up and account receivable management.
- Actively support the team during customer meetings, helping to win business and develop commercial capabilities.
- Manage and optimize CRM usage, pipeline development, pricing strategies, and reporting KPIs.
- Promote a strong culture of accountability, coaching, and professional development within the team.
- Work cross-functionally with operations, product, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain compliance with all internal policies, health & safety standards, and external regulations.
- 8-10 years of proven success in sales management within industrial, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
- A degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Material Technology is preferred), or equivalent work experience.
- Strong leadership skills with a natural ability to coach, motivate, and engage teams.
- Business-savvy mindset with solid understanding of sales metrics and financial drivers.
- Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build trust across cultures.
- Comfortable with frequent travel-up to 60% of the time across Southeast Asia.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and a hands-on, data-driven approach to managing sales pipelines.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other regional languages is a plus.
