Job Description Supplier Selection and Assessment (OSAT/SiFo): Conducting supplier audits (VDA 6.3, IATF 16949) to assess the quality management systems and processes of OSAT/SiFo partners. Evaluating the technical competence (e.g., assembly processes, test methods, manufacturing technologies). Supplier Development and Management (OSAT/SiFo): Monitoring of implementing measures to improve the quality of OSAT/SiFo services and monitoring partner performance based on KPIs (e.g., DPPM, Yield, Test Coverage, Cycle Time). Conducting regular partner evaluations and audits (VDA 6.3, IATF 16949) to review progress and compliance with semiconductor standards. Escalating quality problems and initiating corrective actions tailored to semiconductor manufacturing processes (e.g., root cause analysis for wafer yield issues). Quality Assurance and Control (OSAT/SiFo): Conducting process monitoring and on-site audits at OSAT/SiFo partners. Analyzing root causes of defects and initiating corrective actions in collaboration with partners (e.g., for yield problems, reliability failures). Monitoring the effectiveness of corrective actions tailored to semiconductor processes. Auditing (VDA 6.3, IATF 16949) with Semiconductor Focus: Preparing, conducting, and following up on VDA 6.3 process audits / IATF 16949 system audits at OSAT/SiFo partners, tailored to semiconductor processes (e.g., wafer manufacturing, assembly, test). Creating detailed audit reports with findings of deviations and potential for improvement. Tracking the implementation of corrective actions from audits, considering specific semiconductor aspects. Other Tasks (OSAT/SiFo): Collaborating with internal departments (design, product development, manufacturing) to ensure the quality and reliability of semiconductor products throughout the supply chain. Training internal employees on quality standards and methods for semiconductors. Continuously improving the quality processes for OSAT/SiFo partners. Additional Aspects for OSAT/SiFo: Change Management: Evaluating process changes at OSAT/SiFo partners and their impact on product quality and reliability. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering (Physics, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering) Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in a related technical or quality assurance role Additional Information Leave Entitlement e.g: Annual Leave, Medical Leave and etc Company Insurances and etc
