MohonKelayakanJob SummaryJoin a fast-growing integrated poultry group as a Logistics Supervisor, managing daily logistics operations, customer fulfilment, and driving transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and service quality.About the RoleAs our Logistics Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor, you will oversee logistics and fulfilment operations, ensuring timely and compliant delivery to customers. This role also involves driving system-based transformation, analysing logistics data to optimise truck utilisation, delivery scheduling, and overall operational performance to support business growth.TanggungjawabWhat You'll Be Doing

Manage daily logistics and delivery operations, ensuring timely and accurate customer fulfilment
Develop and implement delivery schedules for optimal efficiency and customer satisfaction
Utilise systems to track the entire logistics chain, from farm to delivery
Analyse logistics data to identify utilisation rates, bottlenecks, and areas for cost or time savings
Drive process improvements and implement best practices to improve fulfilment performance
Liaise with sales, farm, and customer service teams to align fulfilment with business needs
Familiar with Puspakom, and 24 hours on call to deal and support with the team
Manage relationships with transporters to ensure service level agreements are met
Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement within logistics operations

What We're Looking For

Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, fulfilment, or cold chain operations
Experience in poultry, agriculture industry is an advantage
Strong knowledge of logistics operations, delivery scheduling, and system-based tracking
Proven ability to analyse operational data for process and utilisation improvement
Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy, proactive, and able to drive transformation initiatives independently
Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and coordination skills
