Work as Functional Consultant on the assigned engagement
Advise customer organization on solution usage and help minimize gaps between standard product customer's business processes with creative configuration
Prepare Business Process Discovery Documents
Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations / Dynamics AX modules
Prepare functional specification for customizations required
Prepare User Manuals and deliver training to end users
Provide pre-go live and post go live end user support
Ensure project documents are complete and project is delivered successfully as per the plan
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time, permanentWORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Malaysia timeWORK LOCATION: Malaysia. Hybrid (Mix of work from home and client site/onsite, depending on the project requirement)Ideal Profile
You possess a Bachelor's Degree or related.
You have the ability to understand, communicate, and interpret the business processes and requirements of clients.
You have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations or AX 2012.
You have experience in ERP implementation, configuration, system design, or related business experience.
You are proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
