
Sales Specialist - Point of Care

- You will be responsible for building partnerships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals by understanding their diagnostic challenges and delivering tailored point of care solutions.
- You will lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of tenders, ensuring compliance and competitiveness in the marketplace.
- You will collaborate seamlessly with internal teams including marketing, business partners, and service to deliver end-to-end customer satisfaction.
- You will work closely with appointed business partners where relevant.
- You will provide product training and after sales support to end users to optimize clinical workflows You will be responsible for analyzing market dynamics, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
- You will maintain precise sales documentation, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM tools to drive transparency and strategic planning.
- You will represent Siemens Healthineers at industry forums, conferences, and customer meetings with professionalism and integrity.
- You will be responsible for demonstrating your commitment to continuous growth, preparing to take on broader regional responsibilities within ASEAN.
- Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in In Vitro Diagnostics or a related field.
- Degree in Scientific, Biotechnology, Biomedical or Engineering field, Diploma with minimum 5 years' experience in relevant industry and job roles.
- This position will require up to 40% travel to neighboring countries.
