About The Company A leading manufacturer of premium paper food packaging solutions -including lunch boxes, paper cups, bowls, and other eco-friendly disposable products.to various industries locally and abroad. Job Responsibilities Plan and coordinate daily production activities Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery Oversee quality control processes and standards Supervise production staff and provide guidance Analyze production data and implement improvements Resolve production issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and implement corrective actions Assist with budget creation, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment efficiency Liaise with other departments (e.g., procurement, inventory, shipping) to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products. Job Requirements 8+ years of production or manufacturing management experience, preferably in paper packaging industry. Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Proficient in Mandarin & English to communicate effectively with China stakeholders Strong understanding of the production process, relevant equipment, and quality control procedures. Ability to effectively lead and motivate production team, provide guidance, and resolve conflicts. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
