As a Senior Solution Designer (Ivalua), you will be supporting Ivalua applications integrated with SAP ERP as well as implementing customizations and changes to meet evolving business requirements. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Ivalua support, especially in S2C (Source-to-Contract), SIM/SRM (Supplier Information Management / Supplier Risk Management), and P2P (Procure-to-Pay) modules. Make an impact by: Support Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Ivalua applications, ensuring smooth operations and resolving issues related to S2C, SIM / SRM and P2P modules. Troubleshoot and debug Ivalua application issues, especially around approval flows and configurations, identifying root causes and applying timely solutions. Analyze Ivalua logs, error messages, and system behaviour to pinpoint issues, providing resolutions to minimize downtime. Manage and maintain authorizations and user profiles within Ivalua, ensuring compliance with security and access control policies. Assist in incident management, effectively identifying and resolving technical issues, and managing service requests. Ensure the stability and performance of the Ivalua application by proactively addressing recurring issues and system behaviour anomalies. Support internal and external IT audit reviews and implement improvements to comply with IT policies Change and Customization Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand new business requirements and translate them into system changes or configurations. Configure and modify Ivalua modules and business processes in alignment with business needs, ensuring smooth functionality. Create and modify integrations and EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) console to support business changes and streamline data flow between Ivalua and other systems like SAP. Develop analytical reports and queries using SQL, ensuring the data meets business requirements and delivers actionable insights. Customize Ivalua system configurations, adapting workflows, approval processes, and module settings to fit the new or changing business processes. Maintain a strong understanding of Ivalua&aposs table relations, ensuring smooth data integration and consistent reporting Skills for Success Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or IT or related field. Minimum L2 Ivalua certification required. Strong experience in configuring and handling S2C, SIM/SRM, and P2P modules, with the ability to support and customize them to meet business requirements. Configuration skills to configure workflows, forms, business rules, and UI elements in Ivalua. Relevant scripting & SQL skillsets like Ivalua scripting (VSL) to further enhance the solution. Integration knowledge and experience with APIs, web services that may be required when integrating Ivalua with other systems. Solid understanding and experience with approval flows, including troubleshooting and debugging. In-depth knowledge of Ivalua&aposs standard table relations to ensure proper integration and reporting. Strong SQL proficiency for handling queries and creating analytical reports. Ability to create, configure, or modify integrations and manage the EAI console to facilitate smooth data exchange. Strong knowledge of Ivalua's configurations, customizations, and the functionalities of various modules. Ability to analyze Ivalua logs, system behaviors, and error messages to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
