Degree Level: Bachelor'sJob Description:Job PurposePlan and coordinate mechanical equipment and system performance, maximizing yield, preservation and enhancement of overall asset performance through the optimization of cost and resources as well as in compliance to HSE quality, statutory and regulatory requirement and adhere to standard maintenance procedure and key performance standards to ensure customer's comfort and satisfaction.Main Accountabilities * Operation & MaintenanceManage the implementation of Operation & maintenance for mechanical system to ensure reliability and sustainability of facility equipment in accordance with key performance standards, standard operating procedures and maintenance agreement. * Performance ManagementLead and execute for the implementation of the approved OPEX & CAPEX's Budgets for mechanical services for effective cost management. * HSE, Risk Management & ComplianceImplement, execute and monitor the related mechanical services policies, procedures, compliance to statutory and regulatory requirements as well as performance standards and program required for the maintenance in line with the requirement of quality and assurance. * SustainabilityPlan and implement strategic initiatives for continuous enhancement through latest technology in energy conservation as well as corporate social responsibility. * Asset ManagementPlan and manage the execute for the implementation of yearly budget for all mechanical services that are most cost efficient and prevent cost overruns without compromising on the asset integrity and upkeep the asset in pristine condition. * Innovation & Technology ManagementPropose and coordinate for the implementation of any new working in digital and technology by embracing digitalization and other relevant technology in delivering efficient FM performance. * Business Management & LeadershipCoordinate for the business relationship with the stakeholders to foster good working relationship and teamwork, develop staff skill capabilities as well as facilitate the overall operations and maintenance of the services * HSSE ManagementAdhere and ensuring the implementation of Group Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) policies and guidelines in all mechanical operation and maintenance of the facilities / assets managed to safeguard the business operations of the facilities and assets managed. * People ManagementImplement continuous implementation on the PETRONAS Cultural Beliefs and KLCC Group's Shared values for a High-Performance Culture.Requirements

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Degree in Engineering Technology in any Mechanical related field.
Proficiency in verbal and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Strong communication, presentation, and report writing skills.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in Mechanical Engineering related industry.
Professional qualifications from recognized professional bodies are an added advantage.
