Key Responsibilities: Support consultants with candidate care management activities. Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with clients and candidates. Retention and welfare of Temporary Employees - manage the active headcounts and completions, queries, salaries, assignment and issues. Maintain accurate recording and reporting of data in system. Maintain and ensure all Temporary Employees documentation is updated, timely and accurate (offer letters, documents and etc) Achieve and excel in Service Delivery to clients and candidate's. Job Requirements: At least have Diploma or Degree in any discipline Have 2-4 years' Service related industry (Recruitment agency) Fresh graduate encourage to apply.
