This role will play a critical role in planning, executing, and delivering complex digital transformation projects across our global Smart Manufacturing IT landscape. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and executive leadership, to modernize systems, improve processes, and enable data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities Leads and coordinates end-to-end project management for digital transformation initiatives, develops strategies, manages budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication across global teams in the US, Asia, and The Netherlands. Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery. Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide regular updates to senior leadership. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in digital transformation or IT modernization projects. Strong project management skills, and good understanding of cloud technologies, data platforms, and manufacturing applications. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong English skills and clear line of thinking Ability to work across time zones and cultures with a flexible, collaborative approach.
