Talent Acquisition (TA): Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure alignment with business objectives. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Build employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's reputation in the job market. Manage recruitment agencies and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality hires. HR Generalist Functions: Lead HR operations including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance. Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Manage employee life cycle processes (onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers, exits). Drive learning and development initiatives to support employee growth and organizational capability. Implement HR systems, maintain accurate employee records, and generate HR analytics and reports. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations. Leadership & Strategy: Support the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Lead, mentor, and develop HR team members to deliver high-quality HR services. Partner with senior leadership to shape organizational culture and promote employee engagement. Contribute to workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
