- Prepare timely sales report, backorders and sell-out data report.
- Prepare and monitor customers' accounts receivables clearance, sales support tools, customer's promotion compliance and on shelf availability.
- Support other administrative works when required.
- Key person to coordinate and liaise with CAMs/Senior Manager/IT dept. in addressing any gap in the matter of A&P mapping and matching issues in Exceedra.
- Assist Senior Manager in preparing and compiling the Customers' Accounts Receivables report, OSA template, promo compliance and sales bulletin template for CAMs input.
- Prepare daily sales tracker and circulate the reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Key person to update rolling monthly sales target and monthly sales LE (latest estimate) in sales reports.
- Key person to update Customers' Accounts sell-out data, as well as provide month-on-month sales trend analysis.
- Monitor and follow up on aging accounts receivables from Customers' Account.
- Assist in any special projects related to selling, order processing, customer service and logistics, backorders, whenever necessary.
- Coordinate with CAMs and Senior Manager in gathering and verifying all necessary information for Customers' Account administration activities.
- Oversight on Customers' Account Trade Return with one direct reporting of assistant.
- To backup COM (Customers Operation Management) team and extend necessary support in the event team member is out of office and to undertake assignment when required by immediate superior.
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Excel and data ambiguity.
- Strong analytics skill with the ability to collect, interpret, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a team with attention to detail.
- Ability to understand business needs and deliver business-oriented process improvement recommendations.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Minimum 1-2years work experience preferably managing clients.
