- Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers across various platforms.
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and payment terms with influencers.
- Coordinate content creation and ensure brand messaging consistency.
- Track, analyze and report on campaign performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and influencer marketing best practices.
- Collaborate with other internal pillars for integrated campaigns.
- Manage influencer databases and maintain ongoing communication.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, etc.
- Analytical skills to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience with influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with an eye for compelling content.
