Position: Mandarin Speaking Customer Service (Gaming Project) Client Background: MNC Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Tenure: Permanent Remuneration: Basic Salary: RM4,000 - 4,400 KPI Allowance Night Shift Allowance Responsibilities : Respond to players' in-game inquiries and provide solutions to issues. Handle and resolve related complaints, suggestions, and consultations. Engage with the players to gather feedback and enhance player's satisfaction. Monitor and report any game anomalies or issues. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues promptly. Contribute to the improvement and optimization of existing processes and content. Provide primarily customer service based phone support to customers in Chinese Market. Activate and engage with client/customer whilst providing accurate information of customer's issue at hand. Requirement: . 2 years in CS experience (email support) . Fluency in Mandarin and English (B2 level above) in speaking and written .
