Join Electrolux Professional Group - as AP/AR EXECUTIVE ABOUT THE JOB For our EPR team, we are looking for an AP & AR Executive to support our Financial Reporting Specialist that is responsible for one or more EPR entities and finance processes. You will be delivering high levels of client relations; ensuring Electrolux Professional policies and procedures are adhered. You will work as a team to identify and implement improvement opportunities. ABOUT YOUR TASKS Accounts Payable Manage Accounts Payable operations and claims management by performing day to day invoice processing (PO & Non-PO invoices), payments, expense claims & other expenses for entities that you are supporting. Process and prioritize invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and completeness ensuring that all invoices have appropriate documentation and approval prior to payments. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and other AP related reconciliation. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. Reconcile monthly vendor statements and internal AP related queries and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner. Accounts Receivable Manage Accounts Receivable operations and responsible in supporting and performing the daily operation of daily cash application for entities that you are supporting. Prepare AR related reconciliation and aging report monthly. Reconcile customer accounts and internal AR related queries and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner. Monitor and track outstanding customer invoices balances and follow up on collections to reduce risk of bad debts. Collaborate with other departments such as the sales team, Controllers etc. to ensure collections are matched against AR invoices in a timely manner. Additional responsibilities outside of standard job responsibilities: Assist to complete internal controls assessment reports together with team lead. Assist the team in undertaking regular continuous improvement initiatives in all finance and accounting processes to streamline AP and AR functions. Actively undertaking activities to increase own competency portfolio. To act as backup for other team members in similar roles. Undertake and support any ad-hoc/new assignments assigned by Head of Accounting and Finance, APAC. ABOUT YOU Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent; working knowledge of GAAP; Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is advantageous. Minimum 4 years of working experience in finance and accounting activities, competent and experienced mainly in AR and AP finance functions. Preferably with strong understanding of accounting principles with specific knowledge of how they apply to the service industry. Proficient knowledge in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge in ERP system knowledge - JDEdwards is advantageous. Effective communication, good interpersonal skill, a team-player and able to engage in cross-functional collaboration. Able to work independently, is proactive and is results driven. Experience of working in multicultural and international environment. Excellent written and verbal skills (Business English).
