Position Title: Technician
Working Location: Sungai Buloh
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 5.00pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to RM3,000 + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Perform pre-delivery inspections, technical training, and machine commissioning at customer sites
Troubleshoot, repair, and resolve equipment errors, providing technical and application support as needed
Maintain strong customer relationships by delivering quality after-sales service and support
Prepare service reports and share feedback on equipment performance and technical issues

Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Experience in servicing and maintaining machinery, and the ability to read circuit diagrams, is an advantage
Candidates without experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
