Delivery Sales Manager, F&B

• To maintain positive relationships with customers.
• To identify customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.
• Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
• Assessing customer feedback to establish, improve, and refine delivery services to be organised and meeting deadlines.
• To build partnerships and liaising with outlet managers/area coach to deliver food in time.
• To manage all restaurant online deliveries from GrabFood, FoodPanda, ShopeeFood, and any other e-commerce portals.
• Ad-hoc duty assigned by the management.

• Diploma/ Degree in operations management or any related/relevant field.
• At least 5 years of working experience in Operations/Sales and Delivery management position or similar.
• Has experienced in has experience in handling sales/delivery sections.
• Has experience in estimating departmental requirements, preparing budgets, and scheduling expenditures.
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia language
