1. Data entry for new joiners in Oracle Payroll System.
2. Data entry for contract staff's end employment date in Oracle Payroll System.
3. Update employee EPF number in Oracle Payroll System.
4. E-Leave Management including data entry for manual leave application especially medical leave, review and approve pending leave.
5. Support staff in resetting e-Leave password.
6. Update and maintain medical claim.
7. Duplicate copy for store claims.
8. Manage courier matters such as cheque for stores or parcels from stores.
9. Manage in Personal File filling system such as safekeep document in personal file, update new joiners' file and removing resignees' file.Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in fields related to Human Resources, Business Administration or any field.
2. Minimum CGPA of 3.0.
3. Able to commit at least 3 to 6 months. Students in their last semester are encouraged to submit their applications.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
