  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or above in Human Resource Management is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience; experience with payroll systems is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of Malaysia's labour laws and payroll-related regulations.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of effective time management and communication.
  • Familiarity with AutoCount Payroll will be considered an added advantage.
Tanggungjawab
  • Administer end-to-end payroll processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the payroll system.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, payroll regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare payroll reports, summaries, and other related documentation for management review.
  • Assist in HR administrative functions, including leave management, attendance tracking, and employee documentation.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support daily operations.
  • Preparation and submission of E invoices for clients
