- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or above in Human Resource Management is preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience; experience with payroll systems is an advantage.
- Good understanding of Malaysia's labour laws and payroll-related regulations.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of effective time management and communication.
- Familiarity with AutoCount Payroll will be considered an added advantage.
- Administer end-to-end payroll processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the payroll system.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, payroll regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare payroll reports, summaries, and other related documentation for management review.
- Assist in HR administrative functions, including leave management, attendance tracking, and employee documentation.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support daily operations.
