Job Responsibility Responsibility To provide excellent service in face-to-face to build and enhance good relationship with customer. Smooth business operation and inventory control of the branch to achieve targeted sales and services. Strong customer service mind set with good communication and excellent problem-solving skill Able to handle walk in customers by providing accurate, efficient, and quality service that meets the expectations of the company and the general industry and market Possess reasonably strong analytical skills to identify causes of issues and recommend solutions Able to identify sales opportunity through communication with customers Proactively present and sell products to all walk-ins Able to persuade and close sales Up-selling and Cross-selling of devices and rate plan Working Days & Time Monday-Friday (Weekend if required when needed) 9am-6pm (Required night shift when needed) Rotational Shift Working Location: Level 1, U Mobile Service Center, Berjaya Times Square, Jalan Imbi, Kuala Lumpur Job Requirements A degree in any field (fresh graduate is encouraged to apply) Diploma holders with minimum 2 years working experience in Sales & Service industry, preferably in telecommunication/ mobile related industry Can start immediately Able to speak in Mandarin Job Benifits Basic Salary RM2350 sale Incentives +RM2500 Mandarin allowance for who applicable (RM300) KPI performance allowance
