To lead the planning, design, and upkeep of infrastructure-including internal roads, staff housing, communal facilities, and utility systems-ensuring functionality, durability, safety, and full compliance with local regulations, ISPO, ESG standards, and Best Management Practices (BMP). This role enables year-round operations through accessible road networks and supports workforce welfare through the development of safe, sustainable, and cost-efficient living environments, particularly in remote locations.Job scope:· Infrastructure Planning & Maintenance - Plan and oversee infrastructure development and maintenance to ensure sound design, durability, and operational efficiency. Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive measures.· Facility Development - Design and manage construction of operational buildings and facilities, ensuring compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards, with consideration for sustainability.· Utilities Management - Oversee water, sanitation, and electrical systems to ensure reliability. Implement preventive maintenance and respond promptly to issues.· Innovation & Modular Solutions - Assess and promote modular systems and new technologies to improve cost-efficiency, speed, and environmental performance· Compliance & ESG - Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure projects comply with regulations, certification standards, and sustainability policies. Support audits and drive best practice adoption.· Coordination & Cost Control - Coordinate with teams and contractors to ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective delivery. Monitor project costs and support technical planning.· Reporting & KPIs - Maintain records and report on infrastructure status, costs, and performance. Provide input for planning, budgeting, and management reviews.Job Requirements· Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Management, Architecture, or a related field· At least 4 years of experience in road and infrastructure development· Proficient in supervising infrastructure works, including road engineering, housing infrastructure and utility system setup· Knowledge in using AutoCAD is an added advantage· Able to coordinate effectively across diverse functions and stakeholdersSub Specialization : Engineering;Civil
