Job DescriptionIE ManagerThis is a public listed Taiwanese company, which the parent group is the top 5 electronic company in the Taiwan stock market. The position is for their new motherboard manufacturing plant in Senai.This position will be reporting to the Deputy Plant Manager.Responsibilities:

Factory layout planning.
Manufacturing process and SOP.
Capacity calculation (cycle time measurement, station arrangement).
Planning and implementing engineering projects and capital improvements to ensure that the companies' facilities are functional and safe for employees
Developing productivity improvement plans and implementing them throughout the organization

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with 5+ years of management experience
Good experience in PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly)
Familiar with drawing software.
Familiar with SMT process is an advantage.
Experience with Server or PC is an advantage.
Proficient in English communication, familiarity with Chinese is a plus.
