Job Responsibility To greet our customers with a warm, friendly manner and take orders accurately Prepare food and drinks as per customer's order Handle transactions using the POS system Keep the place clean and tidy, from the kitchen to the restroom. Monitor stock levels while ensuring it is stored safely and organized Receive any goods or deliveries from suppliers To follow healthy and safety standards and report any misconduct to store manager To perform ad-hoc duties as required for the store Job Requirements Minimum SPM qualification Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia and English Must be able to work on public holidays and weekends Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary Excellent customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling Good personal hygiene Able to work well in a team Job Benifits EPF, SOCSO, EIS Annual Leave Training Provided
