- Innovate recruitment tactics to keep up with market shifts and talent trends.
- Contribute to the improvement of recruitment processes to support scalable hiring across the region.

- Hands-on experience owning the full recruitment cycle in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for assessments, structured evaluations, and smart offer negotiations.

- Previous experience working in a startup, tech, or hyper-growth environment.
- Experience building talent pipelines for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
