Other duties may be assigned) This is a full-time on-site role as a Scrub Technician located in North Malaysia. The Scrub Technician will be responsible for preparing surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies for use during surgical procedures. They will also assist during procedures by passing instruments and supplies to the surgeon and other team members. Additionally, the Scrub Technician will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sterile environment in the operating room. Job Experience Experience in Orthopaedic, Neurosurgery or Spine markets Fresh Graduates also encouraged to apply as we have a few positions for expansion Qualifications Knowledge of surgical instruments and supplies Ability to maintain and handle sterile equipment and supplies Excellent attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team Experience as a Scrub Technician is preferred Successful completion of an accredited Scrub Technician program is preferred Quick to learn to reach superior product knowledge. Able to absorb complex technical concepts Know the correct use of products and support cases in the surgery. Practice good management of surgery schedule and balance face-to-face selling time. Be familiar with and practice Operating and Procedure Room etiquettes
