Quantity Surveyor RM6000-9000++ Permanent Position Based at KL and Johor Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: Prepare progress claims, payment certificates, variation orders, and final accounts. Cost Estimation: Accurately estimate the quantity and costs of labor, materials, and machinery. Project Planning: Develop cost plans, estimates, and cash flow projections to ensure project success. Contract Coordination: Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors on contract matters, ensuring smooth project execution. Tender Preparation: Prepare tendering documents, measurements, and bills of quantities. Additional Tasks: Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior. What We're Looking For: Educational Background: Bachelor&aposs Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent. Candidates who possess approximately 5-8 years of experience as a main contractor, particularly those with a strong background in tendering works will be given a first priority Independent Worker: Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
