- Own overall solution architecture and governance within customer environments.Lead lifecycle management and technology roadmap planning, focusing on innovation.
- Assess feasibility, risks, and requirements for new technologies and services.
- Provide governance and quality assurance across all technical service deliveries.
- Lead consulting engagements, including High-Level/Low-Level Designs, migration plans, and technical documentation.
- Ensure best practices and industry standards are applied in solution design and implementation.
- Maintain strong technical expertise across networks, security, infrastructure, and cloud to ensure commercially and technically viable solutions.
- Oversee deployment issues, escalate where needed, and ensure smooth technical delivery.
- Support pre-sales activities, including proposals, tenders, and customer presentations.
- Build trusted relationships with customers by engaging at both executive and technical levels.
- Identify new business opportunities within target customer accounts.
- Mentor and guide junior technical staff to raise professional standards within the team.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in IT, networking, and cloud technologies.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in customer-facing roles within the Telecom or IT industry.
- Strong technical expertise in Networks, Security, Infrastructure, and Cloud.
- Proven ability to engage with customers at both executive governance and technical levels.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in multicultural and matrix organizations.
- Positive, confident, and resilient with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Capable of mentoring and guiding junior technical staff.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
- Highly customer-focused, with the ability to champion customer needs across the organization.
- Skilled in building and maintaining partner/vendor relationships to deliver integrated solutions.
- Relevant vendor certifications (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Zscaler) preferred.
- Consulting framework certification (e.g., TOGAF) is an advantage.
- Language skills: Korean or Japanese is an advantage.
