01) To work closely with Mentor to understand and identify market demand and conduct market research.
02) To assist to compile competitor analytics to support business risks and opportunities.
03) Be exposed to 3C Analysis (Consumer, Competitors & Company).
04) Opportunity to handle domestic and international sales development.
05) Exposure in learning to build good relationship and rapport with local and international customers.
06) Be involved in marketing promotion such as product feature demonstration guide, product brochure and standard correspondence).
07) Be involved in E-commerce and updating of marketing website.
08) Handle domestic and overseas sales, customer service for both existing and new customers, building good relationship and rapport with them.
09) Market and promote aggressively products and services.
10) Monitor & track the sales process effectively for efficient sales closing and documentation within the time frame set.
11) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.
12) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/ instruction.Job Requirements
01) Degree/ Diploma in related courses or equivalents from reputable universities.
02) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
03) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
