Responsibilities Responsibility : Essential Duties and Responsibilities : 1. Provide tea services including preparing tea/coffee/drink and serving those as required, clearing and collecting used cups and washing it 2. Check, clean and maintain the thermo, fridge, water dispenser and take care of all equipment in the pantry 3. Check, clean and maintain the cleanliness of chairman office, personal assistant room, dining room and meeting rooms 4. Ensure constant availability of kitchen accessories such as kitchen paper towers, paper cup, stirrer, plastic waste bin, mineral water, hand washing soap and etc 5. Assist in special events and meeting for food and beverage 6. Stock control for tea, coffee, grocery, crockery, cutlery, glassware, etc 7. Report of any malfunctioning equipment or items in areas of operation: doors, handles, locks, taps, lights, switches, etc 8. Carry out any other duties delegated by immediate superior from time to time 9. Ensure and adhere to strict safety, sanitation and hygiene of pantry by complying with company procedures, rules, and regulations 10. Wash, store, and maintain the cleanliness of bowl equipment and ensuring that the care area is always neat and clean. 11. Respond to complaints and special requests 12. Discipline and practice cleanliness, tidiness at all times 13. Always practice the safety and health guidelines 14. To ensure that facilities are used appropriately 15. To take action against any reports/complaint/request/incident Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities : 1. To complete ad - hoc task as and when instructed 2. To assist PIC/Building Manager/Building Executive to complete other relevant management task 3. Others as assign by PIC/Building Manager/Building Executive Requirements Requirement : Qualification or Educational Requirements : 1. At least 1 or 2 years of working experiences in cleaning industry or the related field 2. Applicant must be willing to work in shift 3. Applicants must be willing to work overtime / Sunday / Public Holidays Job Skills and Knowledge Requirements : 1. Ability to work in a team environment with professional and optimistic attitude. 2. Able to work independently with limited supervision. Must be proactive and takes action without being prompted. 3. Committed in completing the task assigned 4. Critical thinking and proactive 5. Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products 9. Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job
