Serves as L2 supportand as an escalation point. Responsible for gathering requirements from key stakeholders. Responsible to design solution to meet business requirements. Write and review functional specifications and work closely with the technical team Responsible for reviewing IT and otjher integration project Responsible to keep well documented business & technical document in repository Troubleshooting on reported issue and issues raised during testing About The Manager/team You are responsible for supporting project delivery, incident management and change management with a strong background in SAP SD OR MM Modules About Requirements Someone with Certification in any of these ; SAP SD / MM / any SAP tools is an added advantage but not compulsary Someone with at least 5 years of working experience on SAP Sales and Distribution OR Materials Management Modules Someone with at least 1 full cycle end to end implementation experience is an added advantage but not compulsary Someone with Project Management Experience is an added advantage but not compulsary Someone with working experience in any of these ; End to end process knowledge for order to cash / procure to pay / intercompany transactions / Knowledge on FICO document validation and integration points is an added advantage but not compulsary Familiarization on any Microsoft Power Platform ; PowerBI / Power Automate / Power Query / others is an added advantage.
