(Hybrid) Finance and Account Executive

• This position is for Malaysian Citizen in KL only. Professional working proficiency in Mandarin a must due to the need to work with Chinese counterparts, partners and vendors. WFH 3 days a week. As a psych-tech company, USEA Global leverages data analysis to optimize buying probabilities for clients and maximize profitability across services offered. Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and managing financial statements. Prepare monthly profit and loss (P&L) statements, income statements, and balance sheets. Collaborate with external auditors during audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Liaise with banks for account-related matters, fund transfers, and reconciliations. Generate regular financial reports for management review. Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. Prepare and submit SST returns accurately and on time. Stay informed about SST regulations and updates. Invoicing and Payment Processing: - Create and issue invoices to clients. - Monitor payment receipts and follow up on outstanding payments. Communicate effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients. Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries. Qualifications A diploma or degree in Accounting and/or Finance is preferred. At least 1-3 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of SST (Sales and Services Tax) is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Sheets. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and resourcefulness.
