Join a team that values innovation and growth. What you'll be working on: Video Shooting Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs to audio and video equipment. Effectively manage time and schedules to meet deadlines. Maintain accurate records of production work. Configure, operate, and maintain studio and/or field audio, lighting, and associated production equipment. Possess knowledge of computerized tape editing applications and procedures. Understand professional audio and/or video tape editing and post-production procedures, techniques, and standards. Photo Shooting Capture high-quality photographs according to project requirements. Edit and retouch images to enhance quality. Set up and manage photographic equipment for shoots. Video Editing Assemble raw footage and transfer or upload it to a computer for editing. Follow scripts, screenplays, or outlines to structure the final product. Input sound to enhance footage, including selecting music and creating voice-overs. Add graphics and visual effects to enhance video quality. Digitally splice film and video, synchronizing them into one rough cut file. Correct and improve lighting, coloring, and faulty footage. Work closely with directors to deliver a final product that aligns with their creative vision. Design & Motion Graphics Design virtual backgrounds and other visual elements for video production. Develop timing and pacing of motion graphics based on audio requirements. Create printed materials as required. Develop and maintain brand visual identity across all media formats. What we're looking for: Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor&aposs Degree/Postgraduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Advertising, Media, Creative Multimedia, or equivalent fields. Must be creative and skilled in concept development and ideation. Languages required: Mandarin and English - as most video content and scripting will be produced in Mandarin, proficiency is essential for effective communication and content accuracy. Experience Level: Junior. Fresh graduates with a portfolio are encouraged to apply. Able to understand and adapt to management objectives, and translate them into professional video clips in a timely manner.
