Job Responsibility Lead Creative Direction & Strategy: Drive the overall creative direction and vision for all brand visuals, campaigns, and communications. Project Management & Quality Control: Oversee high-volume, deadline-driven projects including marketing collaterals, social media creatives, corporate branding, digital ads, websites, brochures, presentations, and trade show materials. Innovation & Design Trends: Stay ahead of creative and digital design trends, tools, and technologies. Introduce innovative approaches to improve brand presentation and customer engagement. Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to ensure quality, budget control, and timely delivery. Design Strategy & Analysis: Analyze the performance of visual campaigns and marketing materials. Make data-driven decisions to improve design effectiveness and audience engagement. Digital UX/UI Design Supervision: Guide and review visual assets for web platforms, ensuring alignment with UX principles and mobile responsiveness. Requirement Bachelor s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field. Minimum 7 10 years of professional experience in graphic design with 3+ years in a managerial or leadership capacity. Demonstrated ability to lead a creative team and manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX tools is an added advantage. Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of work across branding, digital, and print. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with strong visual storytelling ability. Fluent in English and Malay; Mandarin proficiency is a plus. Experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality industries is preferred.
