Job responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the Finance Manager to facilitate the completion of various projects and initiatives within the finance department. Accurately input financial data into accounting systems and spreadsheets to ensure the integrity and completeness of financial records. Assist in managing accounts receivable and payable processes, including invoice generation, billing, and payment processing. Assist in reconciling bank statements and transactions to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. Support the preparation of financial reports, statements, and analyses as required by management and regulatory authorities. Participate in internal and external audits by providing documentation, supporting schedules, and responding to auditor inquiries. Perform additional financial tasks and projects as assigned by the Finance Manager to support the smooth operation of the finance department. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
