Important Information Location: Kuala Lumpur Experience: 5-10 years Job Mode: Contract Work Mode: On-site Job Summary SSO & IAM Technical Lead to design, implement, and manage enterprise-level Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of authentication protocols, identity lifecycle management, and security best practices. Lead technical initiatives, guide the team, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant access control across the organization. Responsibilities & Duties Lead a team of developers (both internal staffs and external vendors) on providing solution to a myriad of new SSO capabilities to support the ever-growing new digital initiatives. Lead the team in all matters related to SSO application architecture, design & implementation. Lead technical presentations with Business and IT stakeholders. Work with Project Manager to schedule & priorities project and/or BAU tasks. Work with Business Analysts to confirm business requirements & translate these into technical specifications. Maintain the completeness all technical and architectural documentations and ensure the docs are kept up to date. Oversee, plan & distribute work tasks to technical team members. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in IAM/SSO architecture and implementation. Hands-on expertise with one or more IAM platforms (e.g., Azure AD, Ping Identity, ForgeRock). Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC). Experience with directory services (LDAP, Active Directory). Familiarity with scripting or development (e.g., Java, Python, PowerShell) is a plus. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
