Installation Contract Admin

Manage all plant administrative & work contracts affairs; which include plant security & controls, SMEP unionize & staff dealing, works contract optimization & management, plant opex analysis & management, KPT and other government agencies i.e. labor department etc. etc.


- Track and ensure sufficient contract value is available in system at all time to ensure timely clearance of contract billing.

- As a focal point create purchase requisitions (PRs) and service entries (SES) in GSAP to process vendor’s invoices as per promise.

- Process local purchase of goods as per requirement through registered vendors.

- Keep update plant manager about plant revenue expenditures, do all cost analysis wrt over and under spend, and maintain proper record of expenses and liabilities to ensure right cost booking in system per period.
