- Answering phones and responding to client and broker emails.
- Analyzing current and past underwriting data across the organization.
- Preparation of client files for renewals and claims.
- Production of certificates of currency.
- Pre-populating and /or processing of client and policy information in the underwriting system for new business, renewals, and endorsements.
- Managing the claims process from claims lodgments, broker and client communication, insurer follow-up.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Insurance / Claims Processing.
- Exceptional customer service orientation, ethics and phone manner.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to mix professionally and build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally.
