"Who is your ideal candidate" We are seeking a driven and strategic Product Manager to lead the growth of Corvan's home appliance portfolio across Malaysia and Singapore. As we expand into new markets and scale our product lineup, we need a commercially-minded product owner who thrives on creating well-positioned, user-centric products that solve real household pain points. You will take full ownership of product categories-from research and factory collaboration to launch strategy and post-launch improvement. This role is not just about managing specs-it's about using data, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to bring category-leading products to market, and ensuring they outperform across ecommerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and brand.com. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders (R&D, marketing, content, operations) and external partners (factories, service teams) to build and refine products that customers love-and buy again. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Strategy & Roadmap Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals. Identify gaps and opportunities in our product lineup based on consumer trends, competitor benchmarks, and platform insights (Shopee, Lazada, brand.com). 2. Market & Customer Research Analyze customer reviews, support tickets, and competitor listings to identify unmet needs and product improvement areas. Run surveys, polls, and user interviews to validate feature or design decisions. Benchmark pricing, specs, and USPs of top-performing brands locally and regionally. 3. Go-to-Market & Positioning Work with marketing to define product USPs and positioning that resonate with target segments. Ensure alignment between product features and campaign messaging, thumbnails, and video content. Guide product page content, naming, visuals, and comparison tables. 4. Launch & Performance Tracking Oversee product launches across platforms (Shopee, Lazada, brand.com, TikTok). Set KPIs and track metrics like conversion rate, return rate, top queries, complaints, and reviews. Lead monthly product performance reviews and propose corrective actions (e.g. price adjustments, USP clarifications). 5. Post-Launch Improvement Collect internal and external feedback for product iteration. Work with customer service and technicians to track recurring issues. Collaborate with logistics and operations for packaging or warranty-related improvements. Required Skills & Experience: 2-5 years experience in product management, preferably in consumer electronics or home appliances. Strong analytical skills-comfortable with reading data from Shopee, Lazada, Google Analytics, etc. Excellent communication and coordination skills-able to align stakeholders from marketing, operations, design, and customer service. Familiar with A/B testing, market research, and product lifecycle management. Basic understanding of ecommerce user behavior and expectations (especially in MY/SG).
