- Strategic Analysis & Planning: Lead in-depth market, competitive, and internal analyses to inform strategic decisions. Develop comprehensive strategic plans, identifying opportunities for growth, operational improvement, and competitive advantage.
- Crafting Management Papers: Prepare high-quality management papers and presentations, summarizing strategic analyses, findings, and recommendations. Ensure materials are concise, insightful, and tailored to facilitate executive decision-making.
- Project Management: Manage strategic projects from inception to completion, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business strategies. Track progress against key milestones and objectives, reporting regularly to senior leadership.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize advanced data analytics to generate insights that guide strategic planning and decision-making. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key business metrics and performance indicators.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between the COPO's office and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration on strategic initiatives. Engage with stakeholders to gather inputs, align objectives, and drive strategic consensus.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for strategic enhancement and operational efficiency. Recommend strategies to improve processes, performance, and strategic outcomes.
